The right quality products can save a lot of maintenance costs.
The phenomenon of damage to the lining of the boiler combustion chamber
(A) Bricks can be found in the ash hopper (pit), and the original shape and quantity of the found bricks should be retained so that the damage location of the pole can be divided and the damage to the culm can be judged.
(B) The furnace wall bracket, the shell and the hoisting parts of the arch brick have abnormal temperature rise, and even burn red in severe cases.

Reasons for damage to refractory bricks and bricks in boiler combustion chamber
(D) The refractory material for blast furnace believes that the center of the flame in the combustion chamber is skewed or the temperature of the combustion chamber is too high, and coking is formed on the furnace wall or arch.
(E) Improper operation during decoking of blast furnace refractories. Damage to furnace walls or arches.
(F) The increase or decrease of the load is too rapid. The heat load of the combustion chamber is increased or decreased sharply, causing the furnace wall and bricks to expand and shrink rapidly and damage.
(G) The refractory material for blast furnace is stopped, and the cooling and heating are too rapid when igniting.
(H) The refractory materials for blast furnace are poorly repaired, and the furnace is not baked according to the furnace program after gun repair.
(1) The mixing ratio of the refractory mortar used in building the furnace wall is not appropriate, or there is not enough expansion gap, or debris falls into the expansion joint, which affects the normal expansion and contraction.
(J) The ceiling water-cooled wall pipe is bent and deformed, which damages the ceiling special-shaped refractory bricks.
