The smelting temperature has a great influence on the quality of the ingot. (1) Baking temperature
Generally, in induction furnace smelting, the temperature at which the melt is released is used as the casting temperature at the same time. (2) Control of the temperature in front of the furnace
The temperature control of the furnace lining material in the induction furnace is divided into two control methods: indirect and direct.
The indirect control of temperature is generally accomplished by changing the voltage, current, and power applied to the inductor, that is, an automatic adjustment system of voltage, current or power is used.
Direct control of temperature, that is, an automatic control system with the temperature of the furnace lining as the direct control object. Generally, on the basis of automatic control of voltage or power, units such as temperature regulators, temperature transmitters and temperature setters are added. The simple automatic temperature control system is to send the temperature measuring thermocouple signal to the XCT moving coil temperature indicating conditioner, and the conditioner outputs the signal to the contactor, and then realizes the automatic temperature control.
