What are the good coil glues?
A good coil mastic has:
1) Good insulation performance---Because there is a certain gap between the turns of the intermediate frequency furnace coil design, the best filling between turns is this kind of material. Coil clay sample block, its insulation resistance is very high.
2) High refractoriness --- Generally, the refractoriness of this high alumina-based coil cement can reach 1760C, so in the range of our molten cast iron 1530-1580C and molten cast steel 1650-1720C, the coil cement is enough to resist The metal liquid penetrates into the coil paste, and the induction coil is protected.

Application (application) of coil cement: Some coil cement, such as CA340, can be troweled on the induction coil, or can be poured into the inner measurement of the coil through the manufacturing mold. More design requirements are poured into a certain thickness of insulation and thermal insulation protection. The latter method is usually adopted in the electric furnace manufacturer's home. Recently, we poured a 50-ton coreless induction furnace. In addition, I had a customer who used coil cement to repair the furnace mouth of the induction furnace. I heard that this kind of repaired furnace mouth is more durable. Of course, coil cement is actually a kind of castable for our professional refractory materials, but its aggregate is fine. Some lining erosion and cracks, etc., can be repaired with this.
