Instructions for use of diathermy furnace knotting material
1: Preparation before construction
1. Make sure that in the construction area, the top and interior of the diathermy furnace are thoroughly cleaned of all dust, refractory particles, residual slag and metal remnants that may fall into the knotted material during the pouring process. Remove the dust on the knotted material packaging bag of the diathermy furnace, and check whether the material grade and specification meet the requirements.
2. All furnace builders in the work area should wear overalls, and take out the easy-to-fall debris in the pockets and put them outside the work area.
3. After the diathermy furnace knotted material is taken out of the bag, the paper, plastic sheets, ropes and other debris on the packaging bag should be collected and stored in a centralized manner to prevent them from falling into the diathermy furnace. The pouring process is strictly prohibited. Smoking.
4. Wrap the induction coil of the diathermy furnace tightly with transparent tape to prevent the knotted material from flowing out between the turns of the induction coil during the pouring process.
2: Product Features
Performance comparison of diathermy furnace knotting materials:
1: The diathermic furnace knotting material produced by our factory has reasonable particle size ratio, uniform stirring, and adding trace elements to make the furnace lining compact and high wear resistance;
2: The raw materials of the diathermy furnace knotting material produced by our factory are (import: pure calcium aluminate cement:) which belongs to high refractory cement,
Summer: the initial setting time of cement is 1.5 hours, and the final setting time is 4 hours;
Winter: The initial setting time of cement is 2 hours and the final setting time is 6 hours.
It has sufficient operating time. Long initial setting time, high strength, high refractoriness, not easy to crack;
3: Construction process
The diathermy furnace knotting material must be placed in a clean container and stirred.
Add water: Add warm water at about 50 degrees Celsius for stirring. This can increase the heating temperature and curing strength of the knotted material, shorten the air-drying and curing time of the knotted material, and the later use strength of the knotted material will be better.
Water addition amount: 13%-14% pure tap water of the total weight of the knotted material (the amount of water added should not be too large, so as not to cause the loss of trace elements, which directly affects the hardness and strength of the knotted material.)
Stir well for 10 minutes. After mixing well, the whole pouring is completed at one time, until the top of the diathermy furnace. (Slight vibration is sufficient to make the furnace lining more dense)
The mixed knotted material should be completed within 30 minutes, the initial hardening time of the knotted material is 1.5 hours, and the final hardening time is 4 hours.
3: Post-maintenance
Put the knotted diathermy furnace. Curing with steam.
In spring, put it under the sun (the temperature is above 30 degrees) and cover the diathermy furnace with a plastic sheet, in order to prevent the loss of water. Make sure that there is enough water in the initial setting.
Put it in a cool place in summer (temperature above 30 degrees Celsius) and let it dry naturally for 24 hours,
Put it indoors in winter (the temperature is above 30 degrees) to completely drain the moisture in the furnace lining, and then put it into use;
It can also be naturally air-dried for 12 hours, heated and baked with a heater for 8 hours (the temperature is controlled at 80 degrees Celsius - 150 degrees Celsius), the moisture in the lining is drained, and then put into use.
