If there is oily material in the factory, it can be used after the furnace lining is completely sintered. (Use after 10 furnaces. ).
2. Starter panel: start from the current of 0.2 and keep warm for 20 minutes. 0.3 keep warm for 20 minutes. 0.4 keep warm for 20 minutes. 0.5 keep warm for 20 minutes. 0.6 keep warm for 40 minutes. —1650 degrees. Keep warm for 60 minutes. Baking is over.
3. Precautions for starting the cold furnace: start the cold furnace. Start from 0.2 for 10 minutes. 0.3 wait for 10 minutes. 0.4 wait for 5 minutes. 0.5 wait for 5 minutes.
4. Precautions for the shutdown of the hot furnace: when the hot furnace is shut down, the furnace temperature should be raised in the next furnace, and the glaze around the furnace mouth should be cleaned. The molten iron in the furnace should be poured out. Observe the condition of the furnace wall. It means that the furnace lining has become thinner. Pay attention to this part when starting the furnace next time. Cover the furnace mouth with an iron plate so that the furnace lining shrinks slowly.
