Construction Description:
1. Preparing the tire mold
First clean the tire mold, brush a layer of graphite powder evenly mixed with oil or water in 4 weeks, and then let the tire mold air dry naturally.
2, the preparation of the intermediate frequency furnace
The temperature of the intermediate frequency furnace must be lowered to below 50 degrees before construction. The inner wall of the coil mortar must be cleaned up, and no residual material or dust should be adhered to it, and no water should be sprinkled on the inner wall of the coil mortar.

1. Bottom construction
(1). Stirring of neutral ramming material
First clean the mixer, start the mixing motor, add the furnace lining material (the amount added should not exceed 2\/3 of the mixer container), add 4-5 percent of tap water and mix, and the mixing time is 8-10 minutes.
Remarks: The method of judging the amount of addition: grasp the material after stirring by hand, and it can form a group and not loose.
(2). Bottom construction
When the furnace lining is evenly poured into the furnace bottom, 100mm thick is added each time, and the bottom material of the bag is tamped with flat plate vibration, then the surface is roughened, and then 100mm thick is added.
2. Furnace wall construction
(1). After the bottom of the furnace is constructed, sit the tire mold in the intermediate frequency furnace. When setting the mold, make sure that the gap thickness between the two sides of the tire mold and the mud coil is the same.
(2). Then pour the ramming material into the gap of the intermediate frequency furnace. When pouring the material, it should be poured evenly along the different positions of the side wall, and the adding height is about 100mm. The material is fully exhausted to be dense, and at the same time, it is beneficial to reduce the segregation of the material during the vibration of the tire mold. Then the surface is roughened, and then the height is about 100mm, and the vibrator is used to drag the tire mold for 4 weeks, and so on. During construction, let the material The height is higher than the height of the coil mastic.
3. Maintenance
Above 25 degrees Celsius, natural curing for 24 hours
4. Demoulding
Pull up the tire mold with a truck, and be careful when pulling the mold to prevent damage to the working lining.
5. Bake
Low temperature baking time: 2-4 hours, temperature amp;lt;300 degrees Celsius
Medium temperature baking time: 6-8 hours, temperature 300-800 degrees Celsius
High temperature baking time: 2-4 hours, temperature 800-1000
