Some points that should be paid attention to in the furnace lining construction of the intermediate frequency furnace
Intermediate frequency furnace liningBuilding a furnace is a step that everyone is familiar with. Today, Quantong Kiln Industry reminds you a few things to pay attention to:
1. When the intermediate frequency furnace is lined and built, the operators must check their pockets and take out the things that are easy to be left behind, especially the metal objects must be clean.
2. Asbestos sheet, asbestos cloth, mica sheet, etc. can be used for the sliding plane. Generally speaking, it does not require particularly expensive products to achieve good results. However, asbestos cloth is easy to be faked and there is too much stone powder in it. All fake.
3. If it is an iron crucible, it can be drilled 2 mm and evenly cover the side wall of the crucible. It is mainly for the requirements of the oven, and it should be pasted with tape in advance to prevent leakage during ramming.
4. If the furnace lining is prepared on site, the gradation is very important, and it can be verified by a small method, because the furnace lining is basically dense and has a long life, so it is basically suitable for you to prepare materials with high density.
5. Multi-person operation takes turns to work, which can avoid laziness. If one person is very tired, he can't help but want to finish hastily.
6. The amount of boric acid or boric anhydride is generally controlled at 2.5 percent, which requires uniform mixing, and the boric acid should not be affected by moisture. The imported boric acid is of good quality and cheap, and the ones from Russia and Turkey are very good.
7. When the distance from the furnace surface is 100 mm, the refractory clay G90HS or W90HS should be used for the furnace collar. When making the furnace nozzle, the air holes should be pierced after the furnace nozzle is completed, so that it is not easy to crack. The furnace nozzle and furnace collar must not be Use 90F to do it, because 90F is very thin and soft, and can only be used to repair cracks in the furnace lining and furnace.
8. It is often repaired during use, mainly the cracks in the eroded part of the furnace mouth and the cracks in the furnace. The refractory mud made by the suggested method is not durable, but it will save a few money, and it will not appear that you are skilled. Generally, the boss does not Pay more attention to this and your pass rate.
9. Things like fluorite have a bad furnace lining, so don't risk it if you don't have experience. In addition, if the furnace lining is thin, you should hit the furnace in time. If it goes through the furnace, it is very dangerous to burn out the furnace.
10. Small furnaces generally buy finished furnace lining refractory materials, which are neutral and alkaline, and acidic ones are generally cast iron or carbon steel. The thicker the better, the better the thermal shock stability. The same is true for quartz sand. Quartz sand that looks the same is very different when used. A very important reason is the grain factor.
The above are the points that should be paid attention to in the furnace lining construction of the intermediate frequency furnace.
