Production process and control points of breathable brick
Air-permeable bricks play an important role in my country's steelmaking industry. Argon gas can be injected into the steel through the air-permeable bricks. The air-permeable bricks can adjust the temperature of the water inside the steel during the selection process, and stir the molten steel to make all the components in the entire molten steel evenly distributed. Distributed in every place, it can also help the existing molten steel to remove internal impurities, so that all the internal impurities inside at that time will float up, which is beneficial to all the impurities.
In the production process of the breathable brick, the materials are first prepared according to the formula, and then the prepared ingredients are stirred according to some relevant stirring systems. After stirring, all the material preparation processes can be completed, and then all the materials are poured into the mold that has been predetermined. Among them, you can then vibrate. After the vibration, the breathable brick itself will be formed, and then it will be cured and demolded to obtain the brick core of the breathable brick. After the brick core is formed, it will be dried and fired. The process will eventually be put into storage.
When selecting the ingredients for the production of air-permeable bricks, all the ambient temperatures in the mixing plant must ensure that the ingredients can be stirred. In this process, the breathable brick must be stirred by a mixer. The mixer gradually increases all the materials inside, first increasing the particles and then adding the small particles, first adding the aggregate and then adding the powder.
Each time the material of the breathable brick is synthesized, water must be added according to a fixed proportion. The mixer is a 140-degree mixer, which can stir an average of 400kg of breathable brick material each time. It is divided into 2 parts, one part is dry mixing, and the other is wet mixing .Under normal circumstances, the dry stirring is 3 minutes, and the stirring time is 8 minutes. After all the stirring is completed, it should be observed to see if the material produced is segregated.
The production date, shift serial number, etc. should be recorded on each of the produced breathable bricks, so that each brick can be specially recorded to facilitate information query. After that, all breathable bricks produced must go through Adjustment, the work after adjustment includes basic treatment such as hanging feet, scarring, repairing, etc. Then it is dried, and the process of drying and firing is carried out in strict accordance with the company's system. After drying, it can be inspected without any problems, and then cleaned into the library.
