Excessive addition Water will result in decreased strength, increased solidification time and shortened cracks.
3. When mixing the medium frequency furnace coil cement, make sure that all equipment and things are clean, and must not mix materials on the bare ground. Manual mixing can be used at the site without a mixer, and the mixing should be uniform. Mixed materials should be Apply within 30 minutes of mixing (at ambient 5-25°C).
4. When the intermediate frequency furnace coil coating is modified and constructed, a plumb line should be hung in the center of the intermediate frequency furnace furnace to check whether the installation position of the coil cement is concentric with the furnace.
5. When the intermediate frequency furnace coil is modified and constructed, attention should be paid to embedding the coating material between the turns of the coil cement, and the thickness of the coating is about 6mm. 7. After the coating layer is finished, use a wire brush to brush the surface of the coating layer to facilitate drying.
8. The new coil coating layer or the repair layer of the larger area coil coating layer needs to be at least 24 hours of natural drying. Small-scale also needs to be at least 6 hours of natural drying period. After natural air drying, bake with external heating source. The baking temperature is between 200-250 degrees Celsius. Infrared lamps can be used to dry things, or a crucible mold can be put into the furnace as a heated body, and it is heated with low power to uniformly bake the coating of the coil.
9. Coil mud should be finished at least 2 days before the new lining is built.
