At present, in order to improve the processing capacity of anode furnaces and reduce the smelting cost per ton of copper, most domestic companies that smelt anode copper often invest more or less electrolytic scrap plates, cold blister copper ingots or anode scraps in copper anode furnaces. Nitrogen bottom blowing gas-permeable bricks play a key role in melting the above blister copper materials, preventing nodules at the bottom of the anode furnace, and local cold state. The domestic anode furnace volume is generally 350-600t, and the inner diameter of the anode furnace is 3.3 About m, depending on the volume, the length of the anode furnace body is different. Therefore, the installation orientation and number of the ventilation bricks on the anode furnace are also different.

The installation orientation of the ventilation bricks on the anode furnace is different, and the service life is also different. As shown in Figure 3, the ventilation bricks of the 350t anode furnace are set according to the longitudinal length of the furnace body. 1 and 5 air-permeable bricks are respectively set on the 2 sides of the furnace mouth at the slag removal position for slag removal when dumping slag. In addition to processing hot blister copper, each furnace must process part of the returned cold material, because the cooling The material is frequently used, causing the temperature of the breathable brick below the furnace mouth to fluctuate greatly and the loss is faster.

However, the setting of the air-permeable bricks in this area can effectively speed up the heat and mass transfer of the liquid in the furnace, greatly improving the melting speed of the cold material. The installation of the air-permeable bricks facilitates the slag removal when the slag is dumped at the slag removal position. In order to strengthen the mixing of copper liquid in the furnace head area, a ventilation brick is also installed on the side of the device, but the effect is not significant during use, and if there is a copper accident in this position, the consequences will be unimaginable, so most of them cancel the ventilation of this part. brick.
