1. Banded cracks (the furnace frame weld is more likely to occur regardless of whether it is vertical or horizontal) (or at a low angle)
reason:
During the sintering process, the thick weld heats up faster than the crucible mold wall, the furnace lining expands locally, and the sharp corners interact with the particles in the nearby directions.
Remedy:
1. Smooth the surface of the crucible mold (mainly the weld) and remove rust.
2. Grind or chamfer the sharp corners at the bottom of the crucible mold.
2. Block marks and band marks caused by corrosion
Cause: Steam trapped
Remedy:
A. Drill some φ3-φ4mm holes on the crucible mold, the hole spacing is 225mm, in order to facilitate the evaporation of water;
B. Use the induction coil as the reference surface, so that the insulation and thermal insulation materials are laid concentric with it, and the interfaces of the insulation and thermal insulation materials should be staggered to facilitate the integrity.
3. Corrosion marks at different heights
Possible reason:
a, because it absorbs moisture, it will cause shedding
b, contaminated by foreign particles
Remedy:
al, due to the strong water absorption of CF4AL material, the damaged material can only be used as the furnace mouth or iron casting slot when the furnace is built;

b-3, the furnace builders should not bring any sundries on their bodies, and try to wear bag work clothes;
