The anti-oxidation coating is made of various micropowders and nanopowders and finely processed by adding inorganic and organic binders. FYHT-1 is specially used for electrolytic aluminum anode carbon blocks, and the anti-oxidation effect can be increased by more than 5 times. FYHT-3 is used for graphite electrodes, It has good electrical conductivity, and the anti-oxidation effect is increased by more than 10 times. Economic Value

Coating Features:

Coating Construction:

1. Clean and remove the sundries and attachments on the surface of the carbon products to be painted.

2. After high-pressure spraying or brushing, use a rubber roller to compact.

3. According to different usage conditions, paint 1-2 times, and the thickness of the coating is 0.31mm.


Coating application:

It is used to prevent oxidation of graphite electrodes and carbon-containing products. By applying anti-oxidation coatings, the high-temperature oxidation problem of graphite electrodes and carbon-containing products can be completely solved, greatly prolonging the service time of graphite electrodes and carbon-containing products, and saving production costs of enterprises.

Oxidation test results

1. Apply the paint to the aluminum carbon immersion nozzle, magnesia carbon brick and carbon electrode respectively, with a coating thickness of about 1mm, and then conduct oxidation tests at different temperatures. The results are shown in the figure below.

Construction Notes:

1. The surface temperature of the construction object is between 0 degrees Celsius and 60 degrees Celsius. It cannot be directly painted on objects with low temperature or high temperature. The painting method can be sprayed, brushed or dipped;

2. The coating film should be brushed evenly, the construction environment should be dry and ventilated, the temperature should be greater than 0 degrees Celsius, and the curing time of the coating should be greater than 24 hours;

3. The paint can only be painted on the surface of carbon-containing products. If the surface of the object is covered with sundries such as oil, rust, dust and organic substances, it is necessary to remove the sundries and then apply the paint.

4. Sealed and stored. Within the validity period, there may be precipitation when opening and using, you can stir it evenly before use.
